Keekco CE360 is a Cyber Essentials readiness assessment platform designed to help organisations evaluate their cybersecurity posture against the Cyber Essentials certification requirements. The Service provides questionnaire-based assessments, gap analysis reports, and compliance tracking tools.

The Service is intended as a preparation and self-assessment tool only. Completion of assessments through this platform does not constitute Cyber Essentials certification. Certification must be obtained through an authorised Certification Body.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
Maintain and promptly update your account information
Maintain the security of your account by not sharing your credentials
Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account
Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Service. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:

The Service does not guarantee Cyber Essentials certification or compliance. Results from assessments are indicative only and should be verified by qualified professionals.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KEEKCO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
